The November newsletter is on the website. John Duncan’s first newsletter can be downloaded from the website and read. He has done a good job with his first one, Keep it up! Pictures of the installation rally are also on in the “Pictures” section.

The October/November newsletter is on the website. This is the last newsletter to be written by our current president, Walter Culley. Kathy and Walter have done a great job this year of presenting the newsletters. We will look forward to the efforts of John and Gayle Duncan in 2008/2009.

The September Newsletter is on the web page in the Newsletters category. It is divided into two parts, the first is pages 1, 3, and 3 while the pictures are listed on a separate page. Eventually Walter will learn how to reduce the size of his pictures (or we will outlast him with a new President).

News from the Big Bend Members on the Yellowhead and More Caravan

Several members of the Big Bend Florida Unit are on the Yellowhead and More Caravan. They are Sheila and Jim Skipper, Nancy and Ken Davis, Carol and Winston Montague, John Thompson, and Elna and Jay Thompson. Several affiliate members are also on the caravan. They are: Judy and Dick Martiny, Lotus and Vic LaRocca, and Mary Ann and Jack McGloughlan

We have put pictures of our travels on a web page for your viewing. the web page’s address is: web.me.com/elnaandjay. The page is titled “Winston’s Pictures”. Also on gallery.me.com/elnaandjay and this one is labeled as “Summer 2008″.

We are currently in Juneau, Alaska with the temperature in the low 50’s and RAIN!

The first Big Bend Newsletter has been published on this web site. Kathy and Walter Culley have done a great job with the first “web” newsletter. Others contributing are: Chris Duncan (History), Carol and larry Strong (Caravan), and Frankie Worthington (Recipe).

To access the newsletter click on the heading “Newsletters 2008″, then click on “December Newsletter 2007″, then on the next page to appear, again click on December 2008 Newsletter (in red). This will result in a PDF document which may be printed on your printer.

The Monday, July 2 issue of USA Today paper has a great article about Airstreams and WBCCI. It will make everyone want to go out and “stream along with us”. Make certain you get a copy. Also, the USA Today web page has good words about us.

Just had a call from Winston and we won third place for the Unit Bulletin Board. Congratulations to Elna who did the work on the board.
